Welcome to Saasar! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, apps and services. By creating an account or using Saasar, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Introduction
Saasar is operated by Saasar Inc. (“Saasar”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using saasar.com and any related apps and services (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may accept these Terms for it.
2. Services Offered
Saasar provides online software for planning projects, managing tasks, collaborating with your team and reporting on progress. Features differ by plan and may change as we improve the product.
3. Accounts
You need an account to use most of the Services. Keep your login details secure, give us accurate information and tell us straight away if you suspect someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Plans and Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on our pricing page when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services: no unlawful content, no attempts to break or overload our systems, no access to other customers’ data and no reselling of the Services without our written permission. We may suspend accounts that put the Services or other customers at risk.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Services, including our software, design and brand, belong to Saasar and its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Services during your subscription. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
7. Your Content
You keep all rights to the content you add to Saasar, such as tasks, files and comments. You give us permission to host, copy and display that content only as needed to provide the Services. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Saasar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination of Services
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. After termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which we may delete it.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your state or country], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
11. Dispute Resolution
